When I chose Jeff to sell myu mother's house I did it for several reasons. First - he KNOWS the Lehigh Valley real estate market. He has been selling real estate for over 20 years! Second - he is a Realtor who utilizes technology in every aspect of his job. He uses a digital camera which he uses to post pictures and videos to the web. This also means when a potential buyer e-mails him, Jeff can immediately forward pictures of the house. Jeff is reachable immediately via his smart phone or via e-mail. He WILL get back to you ASAP. When someone scheduled a showing of the house I was immediately notified via-email. Third - despite Jeff's technology background - he is completely user friendly. Meaning....when I had a question he could explain to me in layman's terms. Fourth - I needed someone who would work for me....to get the best price on the house. Jeffrey Burnatowski came to me through a recommendation of a friend who had a home for sale and literally sold in 36 hours. Needless to say, this was the REALTOR® for me!
